EMOM of 20 Double Unders and one snatch, with the weight of the snatch increasing each round.

Men’s weights (pounds): 95, 115, 135, 155, 165, 175, 185, 195, 205, 215

Women’s weights (pounds): 65, 75, 95, 105, 115, 125, 130, 135, 140, 145

Looks like this:

add your weights and wait until next minute then
