“Team Morning Wod”
Starting next week we will be opening the gym at 0600 to  WOD on Tuesday , Wed and Thurs. This will be a class and not open gym. If you would like to join please be punctual! 0700 will be available for open gym but you MUST be done wodding AND cleaning up your weights etc by 0800. We are doing this on a trial basis so if you’re interested please join. As of right now we have roughly 8 members who will be wodding in the wee hours! Free Define8 Energy samples will be available to the pioneers of the first week thanks to Jax Sports Nutrition!
