THE GYM WILL BE CLOSED IN HONOR OF MEMORIAL DAY!
However we will be meeting at 10AM ON THE BEACH at Margaret St. to do hero WOD “Murph”
Bring anyone who would like to join!!!
THE ROUTE: There will be a black tent with our gym sign on the beach at Margaret St.
We will run from Margaret St on the beach to Jarboe Park and do ONE LAP around the park
Then we will do the 100 pullups, 200 pushups, and 300 squats
Then one more lap around the park and back to the tent to finish!
SCALING:You may cut reps in half if you aren’t able to do them all but the distance for the run/walk will be the same for all of you…. Go at your own pace!!!!
RX/RX+ : We will have weight vests and logs to carry for anyone who wants to push themselves a little harder!
STUFF: We will have water/gatorade stations at the pullup bars and at the START/FINISH tent.
PARKING: Park anywhere on A1A And walk onto the beach at Margaret St.
AFTERWARDS: We will be staying at the beach for the day! Bring your bathing suit, food, games, bikes etc!
